Leaf Tai Chi is a traditional Yang-style Tai Chi Chuan school led by instructor Daniele. Thursday classes run from 11:00–12:00 at Peabody, Victoria Park Community Centre (5 Gore Rd, London E9 7HR), offering a welcoming environment for all levels. Classes focus on posture and joint health, balance and coordination, breathing and focus, and body-mind connection.

The approach emphasises listening over forcing, with movement adapted to each student's level on the day. Additional sessions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays in Cricklewood and Fridays at London Fields Fitness Studio.
