LO Pilates is a boutique home studio tucked away in the heart of East Sheen, South West London, offering highly personalised Reformer Pilates sessions on a private (1:1) or semi-private (2:1) basis. The studio specialises in pre and postnatal Pilates — babies and toddlers are always welcome — but is open to all fitness levels.
Led by instructor Georgie, every session is tailored to your goals, body, and any pre-existing conditions, in a warm, inclusive and supportive environment.
