MACKF is a Birmingham-based Chinese martial arts club led by Sifu R. Virk, a Wu Lei Chuan 6th Degree Black Sash Duan Wei grade and senior instructor in the Five Thunder Chinese Martial Arts Association. The club offers Traditional Five Thunder Fist Kung Fu, Hung Gar Kung Fu, Five Thunder Dim Mak, Chen Tai Chi, Kickboxing, Chin Na, and Chinese Weaponry.

Training benefits include improved fitness, strength, flexibility, self-confidence, and practical self-defence skills. All ages from 7 upwards are welcome, including complete beginners.
