MJN Karate Club is a traditional karate club operating across three locations in Hayes, Northwood, and Hillingdon. Founded in April 2016, the club follows the Seiki-Juku school of karate and welcomes students of all ages and abilities.
Classes are held in community halls and cover everything from basic techniques and stances to gradings and tournaments under the UKSKO association.
