Mo-ichido England is a not-for-profit, family-friendly Shotokan karate club based at the Mo-ichido Centre in Horton Country Park, Epsom, with a second dojo in Fareham, Hampshire.
Founded and led by Chief Instructor Colin Parker Sensei — the WSF (World Shotokan Federation) Representative for England — the club welcomes all ages and abilities, from complete beginners to competitors.
Sessions cover katas, techniques, self-defence, and competition preparation, combining a full-body workout with the mental discipline and mindfulness that Shotokan karate is known for. The club's guiding philosophy, 'Mo-ichido' (One More Time), encourages students to always push a little further — both in training and in life. Free trial classes are available at both locations.
