BrightonFit is a personal training service established in 1997 by Kirstin Ahmed, offering bespoke one-to-one sessions across five private and semi-private studios and gyms scattered around Brighton and Hove.

With a 50/50 split of male and female trainers, the team delivers high-quality, friendly and fun sessions tailored to each client's goals — whether for weight loss, strength, fitness or Olympic lifting. Sessions can take place at one of their studios, at the client's home, or outdoors. A personalised nutritional programme and in-house dietitian support are also available.
