Phoenix Martial Arts Academy has been teaching Taekwondo, kickboxing and fitness classes since 2004 for children from age 5, teenagers and adults. Classes run at community venues in Malahide, Kinsealy and Castleknock in north Dublin.

The programme includes Little Ninja Taekwondo (ages 5-8), Junior Taekwondo (ages 9-14), a kickboxing class for ages 14 and up covering pad work, sparring, self-defence and strength training, and a high-energy Ladies Fitness Kickboxing and circuit class suitable for all fitness levels.

The academy focuses on building concentration, confidence and fitness in a friendly, supportive environment, and trial classes can be booked online.
