Premier Martial Arts Chelmsford is a local, family-owned martial arts school offering classes for all ages and abilities. Programmes range from Little Champs for ages 4–7, Juniors for 8–12, Teen/Adult classes for 13+, and a Ladies Only Kickboxing programme for 16+.

The curriculum blends kickboxing, Krav Maga, and Karate (MMA), with a strong emphasis on character development, confidence, discipline, self-defence, and physical fitness. A structured black belt programme covers traditional weapons, sparring, and the history of martial arts.

Youth classes include a life-lessons programme with community service, daily talks, and monthly topics. Birthday parties are also available.
