Pilates Space offers expert STOTT Pilates® instruction in a friendly, relaxed environment in Prestwich, Manchester.
Led by Lindsay, who holds the STOTT Pilates® Full Certification — one of only a handful of instructors at this level in the North of England — the studio runs approximately 15 Matwork classes per week graded from Beginners through to Advanced, as well as Reformer and Equipment classes.
The fully equipped studio includes STOTT Reformers, Half-Cadillacs, Stability Chairs, Ladder Barrel, Arc Barrels, Spine Corrector and Spine Supporter.
