The Coaching Room is a small private personal training studio in the heart of Prestwich, Manchester. More than a gym, it's a community — offering 1-1 personal training, couples training, the Strong Girls Club, and a full timetable of pay-as-you-go classes including Boxercise, Burn, Body Pump, Pilates, Yoga and more.

Classes are capped at 10 participants for a personal, supportive experience. The team holds Pre & Post-Natal certifications and is dedicated to lifelong health, functional independence, and confidence.
