Progressive Martial Arts Ltd is a children's martial arts school delivering fun, safe and structured classes to 5–11 year olds across primary schools in the South London and Surrey area. Founded in 2017, the school's instructors have been teaching martial arts in primary schools since 2008.

Sessions develop agility, balance, coordination, flexibility and reaction speed alongside confidence, mental discipline and self-esteem. Each class is split into 15–20-minute segments combining warm-up games, curriculum learning, skills-based games and a 'mat chat' Life Skills programme.
