Tai Chi 4 Life School

Tai Chi 4 Life is a South London and Surrey-based school led by highly experienced instructor Ross Ding, who has been teaching Tai Chi and Qi Gong for over 15 years.

Rooted in authentic traditional Chinese practice — including Chen, Yang and Wu styles — classes focus on gentle flowing movement, mindful breathing and relaxed concentration to help improve balance, reduce stress and support overall wellbeing.

Group classes, private one-to-one sessions, and bespoke corporate or event workshops are all available, as well as professional acupuncture treatments. Suitable for complete beginners through to experienced practitioners of all ages.
