Invicta Medieval Combat (also known as Invicta Battle Heritage) is one of the UK's leading Buhurt clubs, founded in 2017 by club captain Rowland Longley. Buhurt is an armoured, full-contact medieval combat sport where teams of fighters compete using blunted steel weapons — no script, no re-enactment.

Based across London and the Home Counties, the club currently trains across seven locations five nights a week, and ranks number 2 in the UK. They field competitive men's and women's teams at national and international level, with fighters selected for the 2025 World Championships in Hungary. All are welcome — whether joining for fun, fitness or competition.
