Rabble is a games-based fitness class that transforms workouts into fun, immersive team games. Inspired by playground classics like British Bulldogs, Capture the Flag, and Dodgeball, each hour-long session disguises high-intensity intervals within the rules — giving you an effective, all-body workout without feeling like exercise.

Sessions are inclusive, social and open to all fitness levels, often followed by drinks at the pub.
