ShiroKuma Health & Fitness is a community-focused gym in the heart of Camberwell, built on a sustainable, long-term approach to health and fitness. Inspired by the Japanese words for 'white bear' — symbolising strength, resilience, and calm confidence — the gym offers purposeful, progressive coaching in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

Co-founders James (Level 3 CrossFit Coach and Sports Therapy MSc candidate) and Katherine (Level 3 Personal Trainer and certified Mummy MOT professional) bring evidence-informed, specialist coaching covering strength training, injury prevention, rehabilitation, and women's health.
