Silverbacks Gym Carlow

Silverbacks Gym is a kickboxing and strength training gym in De Meern, Netherlands, built around results, discipline and personal growth. Beginners and advanced trainees alike can develop at their own level with experienced coaches, focusing on heavy bag training, strength training, technique and conditioning.

The programme includes youth classes, all-round adult training, technique sessions and adult bag training, plus personal training for one to four people with a tailored plan and nutrition and lifestyle coaching. Memberships are available for adults (15+) and children (6-14) with 6-month, 1-year and 10-session card options.
