The Simon Lau Centre is London's premier Wing Chun Kung Fu academy, led by Master Simon Lau — one of the world's true masters of the art with over 30 years of international teaching experience. Located in South Kensington, the centre offers Wing Chun Kung Fu classes for all levels, focusing on short-range power, speed, economy of movement and self-defence.

Additional offerings include Qigong, Herbal Medicine, Workplace Mindfulness, Compatibility in Relationships workshops, and Chinese Astrology. Training is conducted in a first-class, air-conditioned hall and is suitable for men and women of all sizes.
