SOS Athletic Excellence

SOS Athletic Excellence is a private personal training facility in Cardiff built for busy professionals who want results that actually last. Rather than leaving clients to figure things out alone, every session is fully coached and built around a structured plan tailored to where you are right now.

The studio's signature 6-Week Foundations Programme gives new clients coached training sessions, a structured weekly plan, simple nutrition guidance, and ongoing accountability — designed to build habits and momentum from day one. Long-term coaching continues with clear progression already in place.

SOS works primarily with professionals aged 30–55 who have trained before but struggled to stay consistent, offering an efficient, no-guesswork system that fits around real life.
