Spirit Martial Arts (Tiger Spirit Kickboxing & Taekwondo Academy) is an elite martial arts academy based in Caversham, Reading, led by 6th Dan World Champion Head Coach Paul.
Offering fun, structured Kickboxing and Taekwondo classes for kids and teens three days a week, the academy focuses on building confidence, discipline, focus, and resilience — helping young people succeed both on the mat and in everyday life. Classes run at The Heights Primary School in Caversham and Maiden Place Community Centre in Lower Earley.
