Stables Yoga Centre

A sanctuary for the practice of yoga, pilates and mindfulness meditation in York. Two beautiful loft studios flooded with natural light, with underfloor heating and full equipment, situated just outside the city walls next to the Bishy Road shops.

The centre offers daily classes for all ages and abilities, mindfulness courses, workshops, pregnancy and postnatal yoga, teacher training, yoga therapy, massage, retreats, and kids & family yoga — led by a highly qualified and experienced teaching team.
