Yogabomb is York's first custom-built hot yoga studio, founded by Lou and located in the basement of Hedley House Hotel. The studio offers a range of hot yoga classes heated to 32–42°C with at least 40% humidity using infrared ceiling panels and an industrial humidification unit.
Known for its warm, welcoming community, Yogabomb caters to all levels with drop-in classes, memberships, workshops, private sessions, and a wellness hub — all underpinned by the belief that progression, not perfection, is the goal.
