Strength Lab LDN is a science-based strength and conditioning gym founded in 2019 by Samuel Davis, with two locations in South West London — Wimbledon Park and Battersea Park.

Bringing elite sports coaching methods to the real world, the studio offers personal training, small group strength classes, a structured 6 Week Series programme, hybrid and remote training, and knee injury rehabilitation. Coaches are experienced strength and conditioning practitioners with backgrounds in both individual and team athletic environments.
