Studio M Pilates is a boutique Reformer and Mat Pilates studio based in Widnes, operating across two locations: a smaller studio on Stromford Close for 1:1s and small group classes, and a larger space at Velocity Padel in Easter Park. Led by Michelle, the studio offers intimate, expert-guided sessions focused on alignment, core strength, flexibility and mindful movement.
Classes are designed to suit all levels, from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners, in a calm, welcoming and minimalist environment.
