The Pilates and Reformer Academy (Pilates NW Studio) is a specialist Pilates studio based in Stretton, Cheshire, offering a wide range of reformer and mat-based Pilates classes for all levels and needs.

Led by founder Tanya, who brings over 28 years of experience, the studio operates across three dedicated spaces: a 16-reformer group studio, a vertical frame studio, and a specialist rehab room. Classes cater to a diverse clientele including beginners, men, older adults, sports people, and those recovering from injury.

Sessions range from group reformer classes to small group, one-to-one personal training, health and wellbeing myofascial therapy, and bespoke 1:4 pilates. The studio also offers home programmes and a beginner's introductory course.
