The Yoga Barre is a bright, friendly boutique studio in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow, run by instructor Caroline, who has taught yoga, barre and mat Pilates for over 16 years.

Classes mix traditional Pilates movements with yoga and small equipment such as balls, bands, light weights and yoga belts, building core, back and glute strength while improving flexibility and mobility, all set to energetic playlists.

The timetable is open to all levels and also includes award-winning Pregnancy Yoga and antenatal workshops, Mum & Baby Pilates and baby massage. Caroline also hosts day retreats and full-weekend yoga and Pilates retreats at the Deerstone Retreat Centre in Roundwood.

New clients complete a short health assessment form before booking, and classes are booked by email in blocks of weeks.
