Yoga With Emma is a Greystones-based yoga and wellness practice led by Emma O'Toole, who started teaching in 2012. Emma helps people reconnect with their bodies emotionally, physically and spiritually through yoga, somatic movement and neuromuscular therapy.

Online offerings include small, friendly group yoga classes tailored to what each person needs on the day, with access to a full catalogue of yoga videos on a membership hub, plus one-to-one private coaching. In-person options include corporate yoga for workplaces and neuromuscular therapy sessions.

Emma also offers a free ebook, 'The Essence of Somatic Movement', aimed at people dealing with lifestyle-induced body pain, post-surgery challenges or anyone seeking a stronger mind-body connection. Students praise her welcoming, patient teaching and individual attention for all abilities, from pregnancy yoga to mother-daughter classes.

Classes are booked through the studio's online booking portal.
