Yoga With Macha offers small, welcoming yoga classes in Greystones, Co. Wicklow, led by Macha, a C-IAYT qualified Yoga Therapist and teacher with over thirteen years of practice and more than 1,200 hours of formal training. Classes run in five-week terms at Thrive Studio and are open to all levels.

The weekly Hatha Yoga class blends pranayama breathwork, mindful movement, strength-building, guided meditation and relaxation, with a seasonal theme exploring the five yogic bodies (panchakosha). Soft Stretch Yoga is a slow, gentle flow with supported stretching, meditation and breathwork, using plenty of props and blankets to calm the nervous system.

Macha's style is light-hearted, informed and accessible, weaving in play and creativity. Students receive a weekly letter on yoga philosophy, free home practice videos are available on her YouTube channel, and yoga vouchers can be bought as gifts.
