YogaMums is a Greystones-based studio specialising in pregnancy and early-parenthood wellbeing, serving Greystones, Bray, Wicklow and Arklow. Led by Carmel O'Dwyer, an expert teacher with 20 years' experience, it offers gentle pregnancy yoga with breathing and relaxation work to prepare for birth, and playful postnatal Mum & Baby yoga that needs no prior experience.

It also runs baby massage courses and a half-day Active Birth antenatal workshop for dads and partners, taught with a practising midwife. Classes are booked in advance online in small weekly blocks, and members are asked to bring a mat and a small blanket for relaxation.
