The Yoga Place is an award-winning yoga studio established in 1999 in Sherwood, Nottingham, recognised as one of the top 30 yoga studios in the UK and the highest rated in the East Midlands. The studio is led by Tim Foyster, a Senior Teacher with over 40 years of personal practice and 35 years of teaching experience.

The style taught is Parivartan Yoga — a dynamic, flowing form of yoga that energises the body while cultivating deep relaxation and calm. Classes adapt to suit each individual, with different versions of every movement and pose offered.

The studio welcomes all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, and offers specialist programmes including beginners' courses, all-levels classes, yoga during pregnancy, children's yoga (Yoga Bears), yogic meditation, healing arts, martial arts, one-to-one sessions, and retreats.
