Based at Richmond Rugby Club and Barnes Sports Pavilion, the business offers semi-private small group personal training sessions (capped at 4 people) and one-to-one personal training across South West London.

Every session is tailored to the individual, baby and child friendly, and designed to be effective and enjoyable. Personal training is also available at a location of your choice or at St Mary's University Gym in Twickenham.
