Toby Yoga is a therapeutic yoga and meditation studio based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, offering trauma-informed Dru Yoga, Grief Yoga®, Laughter Yoga, Traditional Yoga Meditation, Dru Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and deep relaxation sessions. Led by a fully qualified teacher and certified Grief Educator®, classes are fun, inclusive, and suitable for complete beginners.
