Total Pilates is a boutique reformer and tower Pilates studio in Ascot offering small-group and private sessions for all levels. Classes are intentionally kept small (max 5 per class) to ensure highly personalised guidance from expert instructors. The studio also offers rehab-focused sessions for those recovering from injury or surgery, as well as 1-1 private sessions.
