U Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio situated in the heart of Cobham High Street. Founded by Sian Marshall — who has been teaching Pilates since 2006 — the studio offers Reformer, Jump Reformer, Tower, Mat, HIIT Pilates, and a dedicated Foundations of Strength reformer class for beginners.

Classes are designed to sculpt and tone, build core strength, improve posture, flexibility and mobility, while leaving clients feeling energised and uplifted. Private sessions and small-group bookings are also available.
