Southport's favourite health club, housed in a Grade II listed Victorian Baths building and keeping the town active for almost 50 years.

Under one roof you'll find three gyms equipped with Life Fitness, Concept2, Wattbikes and Power Plates, three swimming pools, a hydrotherapy spa, steam room, sauna, heated poolside spa beds, a glass-backed squash court, and Reformer Collective Pilates.

Over 40 hours of group exercise classes run every week, and flexible short-term memberships are available for individuals, ladies, families and everyone in between. The friendly, ego-free team offers personal fitness assessments and ongoing support so every member — whether training hard or swimming with the kids — feels genuinely at home.
