Xen-Do Martial Arts has been training students in kickboxing and martial arts since 1970, with multiple London dojos including Goodge Street, Baker Street, and Niedō Golders Green. Classes cater to all ages and abilities — from Little Champs (ages 4–6) and Junior Champs (7–10) to Teenagers, Beginners, All Grades, Intermediate & Seniors, Personals & Privates, and Learn to Spar.

Gradings are held every five weeks, and the curriculum covers pad work, bag work, basics, and combinations.
