Yoga Doxford is a Hatha yoga studio founded in 2019 by British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance qualified teacher Adele Plummer. Classes are held at Doxford Park Community Centre in Sunderland and are open to all abilities, ages and genders.
The studio offers indoor classes, Zoom sessions, children's yoga (Yogikids), men's yoga, sound baths and one-to-one sessions, with a focus on posture, alignment and mindfulness.
