Activage Östermalm

Activage Östermalm is a personal training studio on Gärdet in Stockholm, focused entirely on exercise for seniors. Every session is led by a personal trainer and takes place in small groups, with training adapted individually regardless of previous experience. The concept is built around circuit training — the so-called yellow circle — with exercises and machines designed for the senior body.

The atmosphere is social and relaxed rather than performance-oriented. Sessions are held in small groups of no more than three people during the introduction, and the sense of community is an explicit part of the concept. The studio also collaborates with Alzheimerfonden on exercise projects relating to brain health, reflecting a clear focus on health grounded in science rather than general fitness.
