Become An Athlete is a training centre in Bromma, Stockholm, with a focus on strength, performance and individually tailored coaching. The offering spans personal training and physical conditioning to sport-specific coaching in powerlifting and weightlifting, as well as bespoke nutrition and training programmes. Among the longer programmes is Transformation Project, available over 12 or 20 weeks, in which you train according to an individual programme with ongoing coaching and a nutrition schedule.
