BIONIC is an EMS studio located in Norrmalm in Stockholm, with an address at Regeringsgatan 52–54. The studio specialises exclusively in electrical muscle stimulation, a training method in which electrical impulses activate the muscles and enable high-intensity strength training without traditional weights. Each session lasts 20 minutes and is conducted together with a licensed personal trainer. A maximum of two people train simultaneously per session.

The studio offers several different training formats: regular EMS training for the general public, adapted training for new mothers with a focus on the pelvic floor and core, and tailored solutions for companies and work groups. BIONIC has been in operation for over ten years and describes itself as Stockholm's most experienced studio in EMS training. The team consists of five trainers: Petra, Turid, Jesper, David and Ruben. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 08:30–19:30 and Saturday and Sunday 10:00–14:00.
