ButterflyWellness

ButterflyWellness is a personal health and fitness studio in Östermalm, Stockholm, run by Helena Stenberg, who works as a holistic health coach.

The offering is aimed primarily at women aged 45 and above, and includes personal Pilates training in a private studio on Danderydsgatan, nutritional guidance, menopause coaching, and self-healing conversations based on the MI method (motivational interviewing). All services are also available online.

Training takes place exclusively as 1:1 sessions, fully tailored to the individual's circumstances and body — no group classes are offered. In addition, Pilates and wellness retreats are organised, with the next one planned to South Africa in 2026.

Helena combines movement training with nutritional guidance and conversational support under one roof, which sets the concept apart from ordinary Pilates studios. Suitable for those who want a holistic approach to health, are seeking support during the menopause, or simply want to get started with Pilates in a calm and personal format without large groups.
