DuCalme Yoga

DuCalme is a hot yoga studio in Vasastan, Stockholm, located at Birkagatan 35. The offering covers four distinct training categories: Empower/Bikram with static postures in approximately 40 degrees of heat, Flow Yoga in a Vinyasa style at around 38 degrees, HIIT Hot Pilates combining interval training with Pilates principles at 36 degrees, and Recover & Heal with gentler formats such as Restorative Yin, Recovery Flow, Fascia Flossing, Breath Work and Klangmeditationer at 32 degrees.

All classes are therefore held in a heated environment, though the temperature and intensity vary by format.
