Heart & Body Wisdom

Heart & Body Wisdom is a business run by instructor Lena, based at the studio Progress by All in Hägersten, Stockholm. Lena has nearly two decades of experience in movement and body care, and offers a wide range of group and private classes that combine several disciplines under one roof.

The class offering is built on a unique mix of Pilates, Fascia Movement Training, Barre, Garuda, dance and yoga. The training is designed to suit a broad spectrum of needs – whether you want to improve your functional mobility, relieve pain, strengthen posture and performance, or prepare your body before and after childbirth.

Booking is done through the studio's own website and the schedule is updated on an ongoing basis. Communication on the site is primarily in English, and Lena can be contacted via a form on the contact page. The studio is active on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube.
