Holotropi.nu is Eva Callmin's practice on Södermalm in Stockholm, focusing on kundalini yoga, mindfulness and breath-based methods. Eva has been an internationally qualified kundalini yoga teacher since 1994 and offers classes for various target groups and experience levels, from beginners to more advanced practitioners.

The practice includes morning yoga, pregnancy yoga, eight-week mindfulness courses and yoga as a complement to breast cancer treatment. Kundalini yoga is central to the offering — a form that combines physical movement, breathing exercises, mantra chanting and deep relaxation to strengthen the nervous system and increase wellbeing. The formats are adapted for all ages and physical conditions, with no requirements regarding flexibility or prior experience.

Eva also has a background in psychotherapy with a particular interest in pre- and perinatal research, and alongside group classes she offers individual support sessions as well as pregnancy massage at her private practice.
