Kroppskliniken Tyresö

Kroppskliniken in Tyresö is a health clinic that combines treatments, exercise and wellbeing under one roof, located on Vendelsövägen in Tyresö, south of Stockholm. The range of classes includes yoga, pilates, personal training in the form of PT Yoga and PT EMS, and group training focused on strength. In addition to the classes, treatments, aesthetic procedures and recurring events are on offer.

The environment is calm and structured — all visits are by appointment, with no drop-in, which creates a more stripped-back and focused atmosphere. Founder Karin Spjuth is herself a yoga teacher and positions the clinic around a holistic perspective in which movement, treatment and recovery are connected rather than kept separate.
