Livia's yogastudio

Livia's yogastudio is located in Näsby Park in Täby and is run by Livia Wanntorp, a certified yoga teacher with an E-RYT 500 certification from Yoga Alliance. The offering covers yin yoga, PT-Yoga and group classes, complemented by workshops such as Yoga för rygg and 50-hour yoga teacher training programmes with a focus on yin yoga, themes and language. In addition to yoga, there are courses in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, stress management coaching, forest bathing and lectures for companies.

The studio is small and personal — classes are led by Livia herself, creating an intimate format with clear teacher guidance. Livia also has an academic background as a professor and PhD in biology, which shapes her evidence-based approach to movement and recovery. Retreats are arranged regularly, with destinations such as Sardinia and Spain.
