Nasci Collective

Nasci Collective is a concept based in Östermalm, Stockholm, that combines exercise with educational workshops aimed at pregnant women, new mothers and parents in general. The business operates from the premises of Studio Èpique at Erik Dahlbergsallén 11 and is run by founders Josefine and Denise, who together have backgrounds in health, fitness and birth support.

Courses typically run over six weeks with two training sessions per week and are held in small groups of eight to ten participants. The format alternates between physical exercise and workshops covering the period before, during and after birth, as well as parenthood. In addition to the course format, personal training, open classes, outdoor training, a running club and doula services such as private birth preparation and postpartum support are also offered.

The business welcomes everyone regardless of previous fitness experience, week of pregnancy, or how and when they became a parent. Alongside the training and workshops, a free parent group and open workshops are also part of the offering. All communication is in Swedish.
