Oceania Institute

Oceania Spa in Åkersberga, north of Stockholm, is a holistic centre that combines yoga, meditation, sound healing and reiki under one roof. The offering spans yoga classes and meditation sessions to Crystal Sound Healing Bath, Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Reiki & Sound Duo treatments, as well as cacao ceremonies and drum journeys. Through Oceania Academy, reiki courses are also available both in person and remotely – from Reiki Grundkurs step 1 (Shoden) to advanced levels such as Okuden and Shinpiden III.

The centre operates under the concept Alchemy Healing and has its own Sound Temple with alchemy crystal singing bowls, an instrument used actively in treatments and ceremonies. The atmosphere is ceremonial and calm – the focus is on deeper practices rather than conventional exercise, and sessions are conducted in both Swedish and English. The founder Oceana is clearly present throughout the offering, with her own podcast episodes, consultations and mentorship programmes.
