Rolfing med Åsa

Rolfing med Åsa AB is a specialist studio on Södermalm in Stockholm offering Rolfing® Structural Integration – an in-depth bodywork method that combines manual treatment with movement analysis to improve posture, mobility and wellbeing.

Sessions are individual and process-oriented, meaning that each series is tailored to the client's specific needs rather than following a fixed group format. The method works systematically with connective tissue and the body's structural patterns, which distinguishes it clearly from conventional massage or exercise. Åsa is a certified Rolfing practitioner, and the studio name reflects the personal and guided nature of the work.

Suitable for those experiencing chronic tension, back or postural problems, or who wish to complement their yoga or fitness training with a more structural perspective on the body.
