Shapes In Balance in Vasastan is a studio specialising in functional training for women, with a clear focus on pregnancy and postpartum recovery. The offering covers Gravidyoga, Gravid MammaBootCamp, MammaBootCamp and Barre In Balance – a choreographed barre class drawing movements from dance, yoga and pilates.

For new mothers there is also Barre Bebis, where babies are welcome to join, as well as Personlig Mamma Konsultation with an individual training plan and diastasis analysis. Training takes place in small groups, allowing close follow-up and adaptation to each participant's needs.

What sets Shapes In Balance apart is the scientific foundation and the structured approach to the postpartum body: every course participant in MammaBootCamp receives a personal review before training begins. Behind the studio are founders Jenny Fromm Sehlstedt and Vinni Bexell.
