Studio Soma

Studio Soma is a holistic health centre located in Åkersberga, founded by William and Tatjana Dahlberg Nummert together with Eva Dahlberg. The centre shares its premises and founders with the fitness facility Club Active, and offers a wide range of methods for wellbeing on multiple levels – from breathwork and meditation to sound healing, yin yoga, tai chi and qi gong.

The team consists of several experienced facilitators with different areas of specialisation. Among them are a chiropractor and tai chi master with over four decades of experience, a sound healer and massage therapist with a background in a local spa business, as well as meditation teachers and movement educators. Together, the group represents a broad range of tools for inner work and physical recovery.

Studio Soma also organises events, including a lifestyle festival by the sea in Österskär. The business is aimed at those seeking personal development and wishing to explore holistic health methods in a welcoming and informal environment.
